Berlin, 29 May 2018 - PSI will be presenting at the Swiss Powertage from 5 to 7 June 2018 in Zurich (hall 5, booth A17) current developments in network control and workforce management as well as in energy trading, energy distribution and optimization.
For utilities, the PSIcontrol network control system offers comprehensive fault analysis, overhead line monitoring and advanced control functions for distributed feed-in. In the workforce management system PSIcommand, in particular the mobile switching support from the field for planned measures and automated resupply will be presented.
The energy trading system PSImarket enables significantly improved contract management processes for trader navigation, billing and back office thanks to newly developed, freely configurable overviews. PSImarket supports the ongoing trend towards procurement trading on short-term markets with a special bidding and stock market connection module.
In the sales module, the linking of third-party CRM systems provides comprehensive support for the key account workflow with flexible calculation options for end customers and key accounts as well as all energy management processes via PSImarket. To comply with the DSG/DSGVO, the system provides an automated background process that pseudonymizes or pseudonyms configurable data.
The use of cloud providers such as MS-Azure can help reduce IT costs. The ability to fully encrypt communication between client and server increases the security of using cloud installations.
For the optimization and risk assessment of contracts, power plants and complex energy portfolios, the TS-Energy system now features EPEX Intraday Gateway and Intraday Trading Robot and has been migrated to a generic database environment.
Based on its own software products, PSI Group develops and integrates complete solutions for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities (energy networks, energy trading, public transport) and industry (mining, metals production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). PSI was founded in 1969 and employs more than 1,700 people worldwide.
