• Duisburger Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH, located in Duisburg, covers the areas of supply, mobility and services as a multi-service group. Over 30 companies belong to DVV. With around 4,100 employees, the group is one of the largest employers in Duisburg.

• PSI Energy Markets GmbH was commissioned by Duisburger Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH to implement a portfolio management system based on PSImarket.

• The primary objective of the project was to replace the previous software solution, which has been cancelled by the supplier.

• The focus of the functional scope was on trading and risk management functions as well as portfolio management and reporting based on this for the electricity and gas market.

• The PSImarket trading system convinced DVV with the efficient connection of interfaces in the system and process landscape and the functional coverage in the standard product. The ETRM system has become a core system and has a corresponding strategic importance.
